Well my car is still there this morning so thats a good start for the day i spose....
Hey has anyone seen for sale anywhere the heaters that go into series 2s the round type i want to get a couple for my car as they are all complaining it doesn't have a heater & i don't want to have to go & find one of the originals for the series 3 Plus i like the older ones...
well karen just got up & is going off told me i shouldn't of let her sleep & wont let me go & do the papers on my own...
well the washing has just finished so i will go & do that & put the next load in & then i'm off to go do the papers....

Morning Banjo, glad everything is slowly working out, I see you are going to get some smokes and throw papers, ON YOUR OWN, well done. Another challenge, lets push the envelope mate, I live ten minutes away and I will be home after 1.30pm, how about coming out here for a cup of coffee???:)

Well back again i ****ed off while Karen was in the shower so did all the papers on my own been down got smokes..
Thanks Aus but i'm not going to push myself to that extent YET as it can have a bad efect & then we end up argueing....I will get there its just more inportant do this stuff for Karen & help out...

Now i get to just sit around for a while mite mow the lawn later go & get the kids if it starts raining..
Huge day tomorow as its our big shopping day & i have to be carefull how far i push myself as i could make it worse...
I wish Karen would just confront the bloke & get it over & done with so we sorta know where we all stand....
But i will still worry about it all.....
Had to stop for a leek while doing the papers its not easy trying to find a spot away from anyone to take a leek...
Went to the pawn shop to have a look at a stereo for home that we seen but it was gone & was glad to get out of there cause some dirty bastard droped his guts & turned mine ...
Haven't read this thread in AGES.

I have stoped eating through the day so i can push it & do this . Cause if i did have a panic attack i feel extreemly sick, Well use know what i'm like about throwing up . So if i don't have anything on my stomache its a bit better..
Still eating a good tea & i nibble on some chocky throught the day to help..
Make Karen a cup of tea/coffee and take it to her with some Tim Tams. ;)
