We wont put it up till they give us the letter because we dont trust them or the owner.. They have told us we can put it up as long as theres no cost to the owner.And that the owner has said this.. But if i did put it up without the letter we sure the owner & them will turn around & say we never said you could do that but cause you have then it has to stay..Quote:
