    This has been boiling for a number of years, I should have nipped it in the bud and saved a lot of worry.

    Sounds nasty. Is it a dog, or other issues? Seems like the only new ours I don't get along with are the ones that have barking dogs...

    Used to have 2 of them. One next door and one over the back. The one over the back actually did something when I let them know what was going on, so all good there, but next door just says 'My dog doesn't bark'.... Tosser.

    We are fortunate enough not to see our neighbours OH there is a roof over there, in the distance

    Dogs are a killer though

    There's comes over regularly and wanders through the shed like they live here Have told the owners several times.

    Might have to ring the pound soon if they keep it up.

    No, it started over my wife feeding birds, don't forget he has a large paddock backing onto our place. He objects to this, reckons birds spread disease!!!

    He started patrolling up and down the fence when my wife was out the back, my wife felt uncomfortable, with him there all the time, so I built a 6 ft fence so he couldn't see over. I won't have my wife feeling uncomfortable in our OWN backyard. What we do in our own yard is our own business.

    Problem escalated when a neighbour on the side of us decided to feed the birds by throwing breadscraps over onto the idiots property, the neighbour was unaware of previous problems, the idiot thought it was us. My wife uses a specially made up seed for wild birds that she buys at a pet shop, she does not use bread.

    I have asked the neighbour on the side not to do it as it is causing problems for us, he understands.

    Get this though, neighbour on the other side of me coincidentally plans to build a bird avairy, I can't wait for this.

    I would Mrs HH. I regretted not doing that with our neighbour's dogs, (a story I'll post soon). The council are pretty good.

    my favourite quote from the smurfs movie;
    Gargamel: [playing with puppets] La la lala lala, sing a happy song! La la lala lala, this is so wrong! "I'm Papa Smurf, I'm the head of a small group of little blue people that live in the forest with 99 sons and one daughter! Nothing weird about that, oh no, totally normal!"
