Embarrassment

Well, the day just ended on a sad note, Bindi our youngest daughters dog that we have a permanent loan of, has died.

She was off her food from yesterday and she was laying on the lawn at about 6 o'clock and she was breathing very heavily, Mrs Aus said we had better take her to the vet tomorrow.

Mrs Aus, was patting her then when she walked inside Bindi followed her in, lay down on the floor and ten minutes later she was dead.

Bindi is 10 years old, so I guess that is a normal dogs lifespan. We have had dogs live as long as 14 years.

Mishi, our own dog, won't know what to do with herself now as she always follows Bindi around.

sorry to hear that Jim. It is always sad to lose a pet , I am dreading the day our litle dog goes.

Very sorry to hear Jim..Bindi was the cattle dog cross & a nice dog ..

How is Mrs Aus taking it ??

Yeah, Bindi was a cattle dog cross and very friendly, always tail wagging and she liked to chase tennis balls and be patted. Mrs Aus is not taking it too well and she will ring the daughter today!!! I'll have an easy day today, don't feel like doing too much, get back to tile removing tomorrow.

Just hired a DVD called "Man of Steel", will sit down this arvo with a few beers and watch it. Mishi has been very quiet today.

Well, we watched "Man Of Steel" and it was very entertaining.

Plenty of action and mayhem and if you like special affects, you will love this movie, the special affects are very good.

Gotta wonder thought, since suprman first aired on tele kids gave been putting on red capes abd pretending to be superman, in that movie when he was a kid his dad watched him with a red cape on, wonder what his inspiration was....... Good movie though

Well, I am toiling along with the tile removal. Eldest daughter called in today to help, so I equipped her with the Angle Grinder and she worked in the hallway, while I continued on in the back area with the rotary hammer drill.

She did a good job too, the concrete in the hallway and front entrance area is as smooth as anything.

Jason, it wouldn't worry daughter N01, she is straight to the point and takes no crap.!!!!
