well have been selling a few things on facebook, and a while ago i was helping a guy on a farm with old cars. For payment I got given a few things and on e was this bee hive smoker. I had no use for it so i sold it online and the owner of the property had his wife facebook me and buy but he came over and picked it up and paid me the money and then a few minutes later said this was stolen from my property i am reporting you to the police, why he gave me the money is beyond me. Anyway after my cost out there with fuel etc my care factor is zero.
It is currently flooding here and at my dads place he has had 5-6 inches of rain in the last 24 hrs, which was really needed, However that does mean we will probably be doing fencing

decided not to cross the one below just in case

as you can see on the trees the water was still rising a bit. I did notice on one of the creeks it went up about 30-50cms in 30mins.

Hey guys, I have returned Making progress on the floor, the daughter and I layed a fair bit today, looks good. Makes the house more airy looking and modern.

Get up some photo's when I get a chance, but I know looking at someone's floor is not that high on people's excitement factor.

Caught up on what has been happening in "Embarrassment Land", good to see that you have sold the "Green Machine", Banjo.

The back area has been done, which is probably 50% of the total area, so tomorrow we move in to the kitchen and start down the hallway to the front door. A lot more cutting in involved so that will slow us down.

A couple of photo's of progress on the floor restoration, the dust was unbelievable have a look at this piccy, believe it or not the TV on the right of the piccy was covered over. I had just cemented the tiles for the heater in place prior to grouting the joins. Daughter did the grouting, did a good job too.

Mrs Aus, in the kitchen trying to clean up, doesn't look too impressed does she????

This is where we are today, floor nicely layed out on the family room!! I still have to put strips around the tiles under the heater to finish it off nicely. I also have to put strips around the edges of the room to give a neat finish to the flooring.

    G'day Landy Smurf,

It is called watching the market to establish the highs and lows of what realistic market prices are. So when an opportunity comes along in real life you know whether to swoop and pounce or to simply walk away.

It can also form a reference library when one comes across the rare sellers who think their stuff is rare so they can offer rare high prices. However, this approach rarely works on their ilk! Go figure.

    Kind Regards
    Lionel

I'm reading Mrs Aus's mind; she's thinking 'For Heaven's sake Jim, stick that by camera where the sun doesn't shine, and pick up a broom!'
If you don't like trucks, stop buying stuff.
