Knock, knock. Are you there Jason?????????????![]()
Well, we went out for the youngest daughters birthday last night, had a good night catching up with family. Met the other side (daughters boyfriends parents) but could not have a yack to them as they were down the other end of the table.
The food was VERY ordinary, unfortunately. But we still had a good night!!!![]()

Yeah I'm here & up sorta. Karens cat is on heat & is calling out all night so not much sleep here. Karen has finally got her medication now & it's making her sick. Oh the cats not desexed so I'm not allowed to throw it outside or snap it's neck. I have been working on Harry all week. Should have some good surprises for everyone in a week or 2. Ill be shooting primer this week with any luck. Then on goes the colour. I seen some realy nice rims & tyres on the Landry buy sell swap on face page. Pop was saying that some range rover alloy wheels fit. I've never tried any. But thinking I mite try the ones off the disco cause I like them & I recon they would look good on Harry once all painted.

This rain won't be helping at all!!!
Yeah. The problem I have is once I have primed all the panels I have to find somewhere to put them where they won't get scratched then once I spray the colour the same thing only more so. A scratch it the primer is ok to fix but not in the paint. I think I'll will get another one of those portable shelters from super cheap as the last one I got from there lasted the longest. I have some star pickets I can use to hold it down instead of the pegs it comes with & when Karen went to the camping show a couple of years ago she brought some good rope so can tie it down better to. Though I really don't want to bolt all the body work back together & on the car with out the engine in place cause it will get scratched up. Happened on the green one.

Apparently I'm quiet fussy after I've painted panels. Plus this one is one I've always wanted. A V8 series & it's got the 5 speed plus the defender doors & it's getting air on & maybe even disc brakes. So want this one to be done really nice. I may after this one is finished do a series 1 but I think I'll give the series 1 guys a heartattack with what I'd do to it. Put it on a disco chassis :-).

Fred's car is dieing to so need to look at it. Starter has always been noisy bad but now the alternate risk over charging & killing the battery as well so need to look at it. She just doesn't seem to think about it & it will be to late by the time she actually leaves it here for me to look at or is home long enough to look at it.
