How's Mrs Ausfree Jim ? ? I was thinking of her this afternoon as I was sitting in the dental chair, I had to go and have my yearly x rays done and get my titanium cleaned :eek:

Dental appointment at 2pm this arvo, Jerry. Got to have the stitches taken out and the temporary denture fitted. I'm off work today to take her in.

And you had a haircut & you came visit me. That must of been the worst cup of coffee you've ever had. Apparently I don't make good cuppas. People want milk in them & I don't put enough in or I put to much in. I've finished cleaning now so house is clean. Was a pig style when you was here.

I didn't notice what state the house was in, Jason.:) We visited the Dentist, I think his proper title is Maxifacial and Oral Surgeon, Who took Mrs Aus's stitches out she is not having a temporary denture, that cost extra if you want one. Anyrate, she said her gum is very sore and she would not want to wear it anyway.:)

She goes back in a fortnight for another checkup.:)


The daughter in Bundaberg is back at work on light duties, so she is getting around the office on crutches.

I don't know if I mentioned on here before but they are building a house at Moore Park Beach. The frame work is finished and the brickwalls are going up now.:) So I will have to make another trip to Bundaberg when it is finished to have a squiz.

Hello All,

I am off to Brisbane to have my first measurement for the new specialist lenses on Monday.

This afternoon I had a quick one-eyed squint on an internet job site today and I discovered a bevy of jobs I can apply for. Some even pretty closely related to my PhD studies :) Others that are even here in Bundaberg.

Now, is this just pure coincidence that when the wheels start to creak towards getting fully sighted again that jobs, which have been few and far between, have started to appear?

I am probably reading/squinting too much into it?

Anyway opportunities are better than nothing :) :banana::banana::banana:

The daughter from Bundaberg E-mailed me some photo's of her house, it is now at lock up stage. Progress is continueing.:)

At least the excitement of seeing her house being built will help take her mind off her dog bite problems.:D
