Embarrassment

Gday everyone how are we all. It hasn't been to good here for a little while. I've been having little panics. Desided it's time to change my medication. So Karen went to the doctors for me yesterday. Got a script for new mess. Also she told him about the big bleed I had as I've has some more little bleeds. Mostly when I wipe. Anyway he asked Karen questions about it and as there doesn't seem to be any lumps hemriods or cuts or tares. He said I'm in that age bracket so he gave her a referral to a specialist that I have to somehow try to get to. More then likely I'll need a colonoscopy as well which is at Belmont hospital. He said I don't know how we will do it as its been quite awhile since I've been out. He also faxed the mental health mob and told them what's happening and than I've had rectal bleeding and needs to get out as he is having trouble leaving the house. I'm as nervous as all hell and Karen is worried. Not only is it hard for me to get out it's also going to unfermilar places so have that on top of it.

I seen Jim about a week ago and Jim I hope I didn't come across as rude. If I did it was my nerves.

Jim you've had these colonoscopys do they knock you out for these. Not looking forward to the stuff that makes you go to the loo as that's when I mite bleed. Gggggrrrrr.

Will keep use posted. Karen rang the specialist yesterday but they where closed. Open at 9 today.

Can't remember when I had the big bleed that sent me into a major panic. I think I mentioned it in here. I'll have to go threw and look. At least that give me a close date to when it started.

High Jason. They do knock you out for a Colonoscopy. You won't feel it. The hard part is the preparation which you do your self. When it's all done they give you a sanger. ( bonus ). :p

LOL. Don't think I'd want the sanga. Just wait eat when I get back home. :)

Jason, I would be moving on that bleeding problem as soon as possible. If you don't have hemarroids then there has to be a reason for bleeding. I'm surprised you are getting done at Belmont Hospital, do you have private health insurance??? Public cases are done at JHH.

Yeah, I'm an old hand at colonoscopies, I have lost count of the number I have had since 2004 and they do knock you out, the reason being is that you must be perfectly still when they send the camera up into where the sun don't shine.

No, you didn't come across as rude the other day, just the normal you!!!!

Na no private health. Just public. The specialist is at warnersbay.

Karen the specialist. There's a 6 week wait to see him. Then if I have to go hospital it's up to a couple of months wait to get done.

The doctor mite of given the referral to him as he is close and the Belmont hospital is quieter then the Jhh.

Karen had a look at referral and its down as routine. Not urgent.

Oh and he is closing his books to public clients in May as he is retiring.
