    Thanks for the sms's Jason

Karen's post was certainly enlightening....to say the least. Hey Karen, you are a special kind of girl. The world needs more like you.

I know this thread will be helping a few others on the forum. Of that you can be proud Jason and Karen.
THANX wardy i have a heap of those rude picture jokes somewhere on me phone as soon as i find them i'll send them on,damn new phone still trying to work it out..
KAREN is very special to me she is my best friend .
our daughter (fred) was starting to ge panick attacks last year if it wasnt for karen seeing it coming it could of been real bad .After visiting a doc & shrink a couple of times she was fine ,they think it was just a learned thing from growing up watching me go threw it..but she is fine now...
we think it was because she was stressed at school & proved an easy way to get out of school...

    Jason and Karen,

I commend both of you for your courage and openess in discussing what you both have throughout this thread. I think there is no need for embarrassment, I wish I could be just half as strong and resilient as both of you sound as though you are.

In regards to the background info you posted a couple of days ago Karen, I admire the strength it must have taken for you to keep sticking around for Jason, you sound like 2 amazing people who definitely seem great for each other. I can understand a little what it would feel like to have been through all that you both endured, as my cousin (same age as me) went through a very violent upbringing, fueled with alcohol, drugs and sex, and in many ways not too disimilar to what you described, although I recognise every case is individual, and Jason's certainly sounds a bit worse.

At the end of the day, you are both amazing people, who have done a fine job of making a great life together, and I can only wish both of you the best of luck in continuining to make progress together, and I would like to thank you both, you've certainly inspired me as to what the stregth and power of humanity can be.

    Seano

    PS I'm a young-un Jason, 22. And a Ranga.

X2 - although without the cousin...

And DEFINITELY no ranga (I won't even dignify it with a capital R )

Well i have to be honest guys i have nearly been in tears & Karen has been in tears reading everyones good ,posotive,encouragement..We have never had any sort of surport except from the doc..use have all boosted my conferdance so much & have helped karen it is incredable not one of our family on both side have ever done this at all.. i read karens post where she had told use a little about what has happened to me , i felt so small,, that is just a very small amount, because i find it hard to tell anyone even karen..
A couple of use have sms't me & i have added use to my phone with karen & the kids & my cousin that i see (thats how i met karen @ my cousins 16th bday party)..Witch is good as i told karen i now have friends i hope this is ok. (never had that before) once in high school but my parents soon scared him off....so this friendship thing is new & very exciteing for me..
I also class everyone on here as friends & i'm slowly remembering names & nicknames & seem to be on here more & more & greatly enjoying it..
i am using this thread as a sort of diary as to when i have been out & what i have done so if i start to bore use just say so...
WE CANT SAY THANKYOU ENUFF FOR YOUR HELP & SURPORT TO EVERYONE..
    Thanx Jason & Karen
