    Everyone else appears fine, thanks Jason. Had a good nights sleep last night, which was just as well because I was totally exhausted yesterday. Feel better this morning, still a bit weak though. Probably would feel worse if they hadn't pumped the saline solution into me.

    I didn't watch it but James Faulkner certainly dragged the Aussies out of the poo if you know what I mean. the Poms can't take a trick. Don't feel sorry for them though.

    I think nearly everyone had thought the aussies were finally beaten by the poms.
    The poms even had some luck go their way.
    They should have played their one day side in the ashes maybe they would have gone better.
