And the real reason AM is doing this? It's one of the easiest ways in which a supercar manufacturer can claim to being "green" by offering a 55mpg car (or to look at it from an "evil" CO2 emitting perspective of only 110g per km) to try to help reduce its overall ave fuel consumption and have a vehicle capable of entering LEV (low emission vehicle) zones without going to the trouble of hybrid technology, especially for such a low volume manufacturer.
A cynical move by AM? Perhaps, but if it sells, a great PR move together with easy profit! (So long as the brakes work :twisted:)
