Seafood to Perth

I'd like to put an order in, but can anyone tell me if the prawns and bugs are raw or cooked? I assume they're raw...?

Is this where the phrase "Don't come the raw prawn with me" comes from...? :wasntme: :p

they are raw....

they are also easy to seperate so that you can use and many or as few as you like

All the seafood is packed and flash (IQF) frozen raw on the trawler so it is as fresh as possible. As weeds said, because it is IQF (Individually Quick Frozen), it is easy to grab what you want to cook that day and leave the rest frozen.

The best way to thaw them is in salted water just before cooking.

I will have final numbers tomorrow. Can you pm me your account details and I will pay when final numbers are in, in the next few days.
Also if you do go for a delivery date of 22 Nov that will suit me as that is my week off. If it is on my week on and Mel is working I may have to arrange someone else to pick up. Will post the total soon but is looking around 15kg of prawns and 2kg bug tails.

The earliest arrival would be 22 Nov, however there is no problem letting the order sit at the depot for a few days in their freezers.

New order details:

3 x U/10 Tigers 3kg = (9kg) 3 x $72 = $216
4 x Bugs 1kg = (4kg) 4 x $16 = $64
Total 13kg, $280
