    Jeez I misread your post, thought it hadn't arrived yet, bummer it got wrecked. Mine had the studs on the outlet sticking through the side of the cardboard box.

    Hi all,

    2 new units on the way to Australia via urgent courier to replace the damaged ones, as we would expect completly free of charge...

    Since we start to sell these turbos,we have send arround 30 units to all over the world and only 2 were damaged... exactly the ones that were send in the same day, so it must have been the same "idiot" who wrecked them ( probably has a toyota or a nissan and he is jealous )

    Has a precaution for the future:

    New packages for the turbo units are gona be made
    Differente courier service will be used.

    Thank you to both Luke and Shane for being so compreensive about this.
