OPEN Warning to other Vendors re theft/unauthorised use of our online part pictures

I am finding some of our photos of our actual parts appearing in other vendor advertisements. We do not use generic pictures in our advertisements, we take pictures of the actual item we sell. It takes time to take these pictures, we also invested time and a camera to take these pics, we watermark them also. but it appears some vendors are too lazy to take their own photos and feel they must steal others intellectual rights., editing water marks and cropping our photos. We do not give permission for the use of our photos for free. We are taking this matter further.
    Regards, Mario

I'm not going to mention who they are, but I have caught them before and they apologised and blamed it on their IT guy, and said they would not do it again. But here again it has happened.
    Cheers, Mario

    Mod hat on.

This is not directed at anyone specifically, but just a gentle reminder of the rules and guidelines in regard to naming and shaming. That goes for double meaning hints as well.

    And that's fair enough.
