    I'm no expert, but no-one could be enthused by that sort of stuff.
    However, like I said, whilst I'm no expert, those facilities look to be fairly "out in the open" & look to be fairly vulnerable to a missile strike, should anyone wish to take 'em out?
    I don't like it,.....but what can be done?
