    So........it has taken them, what..............45 years to say that a song MAY have been plagiarised. am I missing something here??????????????

    I've listened to it.
    3 bars that are structurally similar does not make a case for plagiarism.
    Inspiration? Maybe.
    Homage? Maybe.
    Just someone looking for a payout imho
