    Australian invaders, the Anthropocene period

I’m pretty sure the dinosaurs died out when they stopped gathering food and started having meetings to discuss gathering food

A bookshop is one of the only pieces of evidence we have that people are still thinking

One mans meat is anothers poison!

Hard to imagine one of (I think) the most beautiful plants in this country being a pest in another, Wattle. I must admit that I have never thought about our plants and animals becoming a problem for other countries, only ever seem to have thought about theirs being a pain to us. Tempers my frustration.

It's like possums in NZ.Introduced from here, and not well liked. I would like to swap all the rabbits, with the wattle. And we won't talk about cane toads, although that was our fault.
