Indias' nuclear riddle. Insane.
Two sentences stand out.
Pakistan- If India does a surprise attack on Pakistan, we will destroy New Delhi.
India- Pakistan is a small country, it will be totally destroyed as a social entity.
Pakistan has placed command of its nuclear weapons in the hands of their military commanders, and is expanding their arsenal. What chance the Taliban getting hold of one or two? Is their some kind of collective insanity happening here?
