Against the wishes of Government, details and photos of the back pack bomb have been leaked to the NY Times. They show a level of sophistication unusual for these things, apparently. The detonating device had a circuit board , which could facilitate remote detonation. This reinforces the belief it is a terror group. The NY Times article is as follows, warning, some of the photos are confronting.
