    Diff Drain Bit Size

    What size is the square key required to undo the transfer box fill & drain and the diff drain plugs? Best I could measure is 13mm? Bunnings hardware?

    Do these have a name? Just thought that maybe a 1/2" socket adaptor might work....yeah yeah I know dodgy brothers .............

    And why is a 1/2" drive ratchet dodgy ?
    It fits it works and i`ve done it
    1" = 25MM
    Half of 1" is 12.5mm close enough.

    Geez, A socket handle or male 1/2 whatever will be fine.

    If it has the stupidly inaccessible filler plug like a D2 , you may need a 3/8-1/2 converter and a 3/8 wobble extension about 50mm? long to dodge the brake drum.
    Regards Philip A
