    'Automatic' locking pliers

I picked up some automatic locking pliers at the Trash & Treasure Market last weekend.
You adjust the clamp force, they then adjust automatically to the product being gripped and grip with the clamp force you've set.

Never seen them before but it turns out Sutton Tools list them.

Difficult to justify for home use but if you're using pliers, welding clamps etc. all day long and constantly adjusting to suit what you're gripping they'd be a time saver.
