    Box trailers in Perth.

I wish to puchase a box trailer and I'am looking for a quality product. I will be using it generally but it will have to have the the ability to carry high weight when I go collecting fire wood. I have heard mixed reports on surge brakes, so it maybe will have provision for electric brakes of some kind. I want a good strong one of good design so it will last. I have seen Coastal Mac and they look good ( 8*5 and 8x10 ) please advise !

I bought a Papas 6x4 HD trailer about 8 years ago, hasn't missed a beat, great unit. I'm sure they also make bigger trailers that might suit you better.
    Cheers,

I also have a john papas trailer. Bought it to move from WA back to NSW.

Built very well - had to get it blue slipped in NSW to transfer the rego, the place I went to said it was the first one they'd done in over a month that actually passed the engineering inspection first go. Admittedly I think the blue slip provider have a reputation of being very very narky.

Only disadvantage is it is heavy due to very solid materials. But I don't think its gonna die soon. Mines a 7x4 gal, with high cage. Not as cheap as trailers over here on NSW but it'll outlast most I reckon.
