This 2013 Grandcruiser 1750 followed me home today. Its 2m wide, 17.5ft tandem trailing arm independent coils c/w shocks on 5" galv chassis with full en-suite and a few nice extras including gas room heater, continuous gas hot water heater (in addition to standard 240V/gas HWS), Alko stability control, upgraded solar panel and solar regulator. It tows at 110 kph like a heavy box trailer - tare 2.0T, GVM 2.5T.

Love it and after a remap and inter cooler swap, the 2.2 Defender tows it well.

2012 MDC Step Through V2. The actual camper itself isn't too bad, build quality on the finish is average though. Still, it does it's job.

Our gas heater is a Trumatic E2400. The flue is vented outside and they sell for around $1500. We haven't used it but the previous owners said they will fit another to their new van because its so good. 170g/hr gas consumption.
