One for the boaties, versatile trailer

Whilst at the local canvas place, I saw a boat trailer which the canvas place makes tents for. The concept is, you have your boat[ up to about 4.5 metres]on the trailer, with a proper trailer tent on top, when you get to your destination, the tent unwinds from the trailer, & off you go to put your boat in. Bob google" belco land sea trailer. "

That Belco trailer has been out for several years now. Problem - what If you want to go camping in the mountains? Need to take your (800odd kg) boat too.

Think of it the other way - if you had a camper trailer and boat trailer, how do you take your boat camping?

I still think the best option (for me at least) is a camper unit on a dual cab that can lift off. That way, you can leave the boat behind or take it depending on your trip.

My 4 metre tinnie does not weigh that much & that is the boat this trailer is designed for. Bob [why would you take a boat to the mountains, anyway? no coral trout there. ]
