Yep, Sydney to Carnaron Gorge, then visit family in Barcaldine, then probably home via Birdsville.

Bit cranky, was supposed to be delivered this week, but has been a delay and now won't get it in time for my trip. To their credit they have lent me a trailer to get me on the road, but it is not the same trailer and will limit our activities planned as it is not as capable.

    Rubbish! It's a loan trailer...

As capable as a Hire car....

Hire cars can cross speed humps at 100, brake in half the time and go where a 4wd fears to tread.

I'm sure a loan trailer can do likewise!!!!

Based on a search it would appear this link is to the Trak Shak manufacturer in China. From what it says on their web site it seems you need to order from them in batches of 6. So if only 10 were purchased under the offer the first 6 were right to go. They then needed another 2 sales before could place a second order.

I saw what was described as a new trak shack on eBay a couple of months back. It was obviously direct from the Chinese factory and not via trak shack. I wonder how they circumnavigated the official trading agreements? It was considerably cheaper.
