The thing is, I know why it cracked.
Yes, it will eventually be replaced with a lunette, probably. The only solution I am entertaining at this stage involves preventing the cup of that hitch from not disconnecting from the tow ball.
The thing is, if I go down the track of replacing that hitch, I may run into more unforseen problems and unnecessary expense. I am on a time frame. There is a deadline. I can not afford to waste any more time farting around with bits that break.
It only has to move to the property next door.
