Registering a home made trailer in Queensland

If the trailer ATM is 750kg or less it does not require brakes. If it does have them, good for you. [thumbsupbig]

But if I fit them, does it need inspection and does it need a breakaway system?

Breakaway is only required for ATM’s over 2000kg.
