Carry a spare wheel on your trailer? Yes or no...

6 on the ground one spare
you prang a tyre swinging wide to get around a tree on a winding bush track (this happens with trailers)

Now you have 6 on the ground and your spare has a gash in the side wall no plugs or patch will help that.

Sure you can just make it to the next town ... ... ... or not :)

The feeling of having a second spare is priceless when you are say two days drive from a service location and the above happens. Perhaps consider carrying just a spare carcass on the trailer, you could stuff the inside to maximise space and save on weight.

Two spares when towing is kinda important in my mind

I carry a spare on my 8x5 tandem that never even sees dirt roads. No way I wouldn't have one for a camper trailer.

I agree with the first as I have included a spare on my new trailer. I also carry spares on both my other trailers but have never used them.

Intrigued by the 2 spares for a tandem trailer but only 1 for the vehicle? The car has 4 wheels too;)

You can always chuck the spare on the roof rack of the vehicle if you want to keep the trailer light.
Think about the effect of not having a spare on the balance of the trailer too. Your towball will be lighter, which could be a bad thing.

I have that same problem, and some times it deflates via my exhaust:angel:

4 tyres for the trailer (2 on the ground 2 spares) with mud tyres. 5 for the car, all terrains. That way if you hit the sloppy stuff you can just swap the wheels over
