    I am researching about teardrop trailer construction and different types.
    For me it is a compromise between a caravan and a soft top camping trailer.
    It suit my requirements because my limited parking space which it is not enough for a caravan.
    For those interested in the TD topic the best source of information is in THIS FORUM

    One of the best known teadrop trailes for the mid 1940's is the Cabin Car made in USA
    HERE is some info and photos of a replica built by one og the TNTT forum members.

    Here is the original trailer.



    I guess that for off road expeditions behind a Defe this modern teardrop will be more suitable

    but on teardrops alone theyre pretty jam packed caravans.

    worth a watch of some of their videos etc - I reckon theyre
    flash as.

    I thought about making one to put behind the MG Midget but then thought maybe an off road version would be better, it could be towed by the dormobile too.
