Slide out kitchen options

Personally I wouldn't use anything other than a Drifta DPOR. Luke is excellent to deal with and will make up anything to your specs/needs.
We bought one for our first CT and where so impressed with its build and quality that when we upgraded to a Lifestyle CT we specifically optioned no kitchen and ordered another Drifta which was sent to Lifestyle before we took delivery. I note that Lifestyle now offer the Drifta as an option
It's costs a grand but it's simply (in my opinion) the best on the market. Huge bench space and made in Australia.
I should say that I am not affiliated with Drifta or Lifestyle in any way other than being a happy customer.

I prefer stainless steel,but after reading others points and looking at Driftas website,I could be convinced the Drifta way is worth doing.
Now,my Bro is a cabinet maker specializing in high end kitchens,could end up with the kitchen of kitchens:):):):):):)

I have a costly off road caravan, but I think Drifta are fantastic. They know the Disco very well too, and they ship anywhere. Their stuff is strong, light, and doesn't waste space, plus its immune from dust effecting wheel slides. Also its a mature R&D establishment and their experience guarantees cleverness. For instance, they use various grades of plywood ... you cannot do that, without lots of experience. In a Discos and Prados, they know how to get a level floor, how to get access to key elements of the vehicle like a Prado winch or a Disco under floor tyre etc etc

Don't look down on plywood either. Its the most affordable composite out there. In racing yachts, "cold moulded" costs a fortune ... its an elaborate way of cross layering plywood in a racing yacht.

However I doubt you'll get to talk to the real Drifta guy ... they'll put you onto the area you are interested in I expect ... but those people do know their stuff.

If something goes wrong too, they'd back it up, and Drifta gear is saleable used too.

I have visited there place in Gloucester, and also bought a few small things on line. There service etc. has been first rate. I've met people with Drifta setups, and they love it too. I think metal drawers etc waste a ridiculous amount of space, and are heavy and IMO are crude.

I cannot comment on anyone being available in Western Australia.

However Drifta will/can do custom jobs for people based on phone, email, sketch designs if the design is possible. i.e. structurally sound and will live up to their build/quality reputation standards. I can say their quality is excellent and they are all manufactured in Australia.
