Jayco Outback
Hi Graeme. For our mobile dental business, my wife and I bought a 22 ft Jayco Basestation Outback. Been towing it every weekend from Townsville to as far as Richmond Qld for almost 5 months now. I must say we find no fault in the workmanship. We got through a dealership. The aftersales is a different story. Will let you know if we experience water leaks later on. I'm a caravaning newbie but so far towing the van with our Defender 110 has been a steep but rewarding learning curve.

Ok I have to take back what I said that none of the people I know with Jayco's have experienced water leaks. The BIL's 18 month old pop top just developed a leak over Christmas. There are only a couple of joints up there so climbing a ladder and replacing the sealer to me would be the logical step, but not the BIL, he is going camping again this weekend even though the forgast is for rain to see if it leaks again.
Oh well no big deal the water only leaks in on to his side of the bed so no biggie. ...

We didn't end-up with a Jayco - bought a used Grandcruiser instead.

Well done Graeme, the Grandcruiser can't be found on "The List" https://www.recalls.gov.au/content/i...mItemId/952839. :)
