Awnings both sides ??
Mmmm, I like that idea, I may have to try something similar. I have a similar awning not doing much at the moment...
The Golf has a C ally extrusion running the length of the off side,, so some form of dual annex is possible here too,,
just not sure where to pack a roll of canvas 18 foot long:p:D
Well the airbags and kevlar sleeves have been fitted to monty
Not the most pleasant job, it has to be said... The sleeves turn it into quite a chore
But done it is and ready are we when the chance arises
do the uninflated bags still rub?
no way to fix the sleeves in place?
the min pressure in the bags is 5psi with or without the sleeves
the sleeves are an 1" or so longer than the bags and you need to centralise the bag in the sleeve when fitting..
time will tell the tale on the rest of it..
doing a few klms today so i will be wiser tonight on the subject i hope...
well, that went well...
no noises and the ride is still excellent
the bags in the rear of the rangie wore thru the paint on a set of king springs with little trouble i imagine the kevlar liners will do the same to the springs on monty
the bags are way easier to fit to a landy than a ba fairmont i'll give you the drum...
definetly happy so far
