That's a very nice van mate.

The hub type and handbrake are identical to mine. Cant beat Timken. I did my bearings recently and had to do magnet, drum and shoes on one side. I have heard you should do the drums in pairs but i wasnt going to fork out when not required. The braking is very even. Cheers

    The tent on wheels

Bugger...is nothing sacred. There are always the Japanese bearings if US and Oz Timkens go pear shaped

like the usual 3.5 tug... not that flash on the uphill bits

i nearly have the springing where i want it but need to save a few pennies to buy those lra springs for the rear.

i have always had a soft spot for chrome dress rings... i think they add a touch of class

we spent most of tuesday walking... up to and thru the two maroochydore shopping centers and halfway down the beach to alex in the afternoon and then to the boat shed and back for dinner...

been going to cotton tree since i was about 5 year old.

i live two streets back from the beach but i still love the sound and smell of the waves on that point at cotton tree.

i much prefer sea scallops but use the potato ones as filler as it gets a bit expensive filling up on the others
