If you put a spray can on it and drove in reverse, it would pass for a road marking machine!
When does it come off?

ASAP (which probably means next Monday)
Ugly tow bar removed. HR tow bar fitted in its place. With pintle hook and adaptor also bolted together and currently in place.
All that remains is... the trailer.
And tomorrow is trailer day :!:
Photo for the official inspection and comments? :wink:Quote:

and in case you were wondering it turns out I am DEEPLY in the poo over this one. 8O
(with luck, time will heal all wounds!)
nice lookin trailer you have there vlad me lad...
michele talkin to you yet?
and how did the grocery shopping go?
1, Yep, isn't it !
2. Not really. I am more in the poo than I thought.
3. I hate grocery shopping it stresses me out.
The Pintle hook. I have one that doesn't have a pin through the top like most of them I have seen. I can't see one in these pics either (I don't think). Are they road legal without the pin to stop them opening? Especially in NSW. :? :?
Thanks
Andrew
If you look carefully on the top section of the hitch (between the two large 'bolts' (for want of a better word) you will see the tiny circlip that is on the end of the pin, to stop the pin from falling out. The 'handle' (larger) side of the pin thingy is around the other side :?:
But a Nato Hitch isn't going to open even if the pin is out.
No way in the world.
(unless, perhaps, you rolled the trailer, but then you are probably better of without it anyway :!: )
Thats a top looking trailer vlad. Is the stud pattern on the trailer the same as the defencer to help with spare tyres and rims? Matt
