    sounds like the brake lights are earthing out through the indicators.....

    The trailer plug was heavily corroded and there was an open circuit on the tail light wire.

    And to think the guy I bought it off reckoned the lights worked perfect!

    Now it has a new plug, new wiring, and new submersible LED light assemblies. Not "original", but will make easy to get blue slipped and rego'd. Off to the weigh bridge first thing in the morning.

    Weighed in at 360kg. Blue-slipped on Monday (loved the lights, but insisted a 10mm safety chain was welded on after he phone up the RTA). Registered on Tuesday. And taking it down to Panda and Tony's place tomorrow.

    I'd better take some pics of it behind the County!
