Not a bad layout... you'll need to do some calculations on what you want in it to enable positioning of axles to provide balance and ball weight.

If you are camped up and outside, you have to dance around every thing else in the van just to get to the loo.
IMHO, the things you use the most eg. the loo and the kettle (or fridge) should have easy simple access.
Stick the bed away from the door both for use (once a day normally) and privacy.
Yeah ... but size is everything :p ... seriously, have a look at the weights. The tare is about 1.6tons. Try finding an aussie van even smaller like the one drawn up that weighs less than 2 tons.... I reallly like those bailey front couches. There very comfortable, there is a pull out table that will become a small table, or extend right out to the length of the couches (eg: playing cards with friends).
The cafe seating and seating in aussie 'vans always seems to be the wrong shape, and not great to sit in/on.
Dancing Paul? really? at your age? :p
no dancing or sidesteps required with my design,, its a straight shot down the hall,,
Found you a van, Mr Swift.
