    Hubs

Are Land Rover (D1) hubs available, preferably interchangeable with the existing (brakeless) Ford hubs?

D2 is VE Commodore(14mm studs),just incase you consider Ian.Look up Martins Trailer parts,D1/Defender/RRC/Series are all the same.
Once you want brakes the D2 pattern becomes an issue.I have a custom made D2 axle on my camper trailer,to use alloys I had to machine the centres out of the rims.Found out later the factory steel rims fit over the bearings without machining.
Enquired about getting D4 rims on a new caravan. Not possible, despite the manufacturer of the main suspension systems built by most van builders having true green and gold blood.
