thinking of buying an ezytrail camper trailer

iv'e been thinking about a camper trailer for a while now. it would be my first.
    my budget is 10k.
i want a hardfloor, only needs to sleep 2. doesnt need kitchen or fringe, but bonus if i can get it. 12v battery system is good idea and needs to be able to go offroad, but nothing hardcore, more dirt trails kind of thing. i like cub campers but generally out of my price range.

I was out and about today and drove past dave benson caravans, so i dropped in.

they have a used ezytrail camper. it just arrives and hadnt been cleaned or looked at yet, so some details like model are unknown.
apparently they service them before they sell them.

    its a rear fold
    no visible rust
12v system, lots of 12v outlets an a few usb outlegs, didnt appear to be a 240v inverter or 240v outlets. can be charged via anderson plug to car or project 8amp battery changer via 240mains. at the time battery was 11.6volts, but they put in new battery at time of sale.
it had offroad suspension, looked like leafsprings but had 15inch road tyres on it.
has a water tank, unknown size but has an electric water pump.
slide out kitchen. sink and 4 burner.
    doesnt have a fridge
main storage looks like toolbox at the front and under the bed,
1 spare tyre at the front
    treg hitch

price was $7999, im not sure how negotiable this is or if it come with warranty or rego.
i liked it, i think it ticked all my boxes and comes in under my budget

what do you think of this?
what else do I need to think of?
what else might i possible want?

Make sure YOU can open and close it, (none of us are getting any younger)
run the tap and smell ( and look at!) the water,

    anything like this?

The price is keen , as in Fair .
Check the things Pedro mentioned - but also the condition of the canvas .
No , holes or tears , check it doesn't smell like a wet dog and isn't stained with mould spots ..

The rest of the trailer is fairly sturdy , but the tent is the hardest ( as in most expensive to replace )

Apart from that , at that price point ( get it cheaper if you can - push hard ) it's not a bad introduction to a camper trailer .

Good Luck and get camping !

no holes or mound in the main tent
i didnt check the awning as there wasnt room. it had just been delivered and was in their holding area.

the salesman rang me this morning.said he could sharpen the price a little.

I like this Ezytrail, but it's twice your budget. Imported, of course.
