Series 1,2,and all except very late 2a were 9/16"BSF, nearly all screw in, but for a very short period press in like the later ones.
Very late 2a, all 3, all 90/110/Defender, all Rangerover classic, all Disco1 are 16mm pressed in from behind. Various lengths depending on wheels fitted, but all interchangeable.
