    Phil,
I was looking at your pictures of the trailer and you have probably already turned it over but I think you will have to space the tub off the trailer. Reason being the size of the original 130 frame. Great job, I didn't know about the hub center. I am going to only run steel rims do I need to do a similar thing?

Thanks for the info Phil. I sussed out "Race Engineering" and found it might be a bit pricey. Looking at around $110 a pop just to do the offset. I might try a few other avenues.

ive got to play with the heights for this reason, but im gonna add a spacer between the frame and the axle. i want the frame to stay as close to the tub floor as possible.
    285 75 R16's on boost alloys DONT fit....yet
i might even change the shape of the wheel arch for fine tuning.

    cheers phil

If you raise the tub on legs I reckon you will be able to make a big draw or storage box under there. Or raise the water tank for better clearance.

look its the right way up!!!
much easier to move this way

some heights for ya all. ground to top of tub,1230mm (110mm lower than the same lines on the 90)
groung to bottom of tub, 705mm
tow ball cnter height will be @ 570mm soon, atmo its 750mm.
the draw bar length is 1900mm (from axle cntr to tow ball is 2500mm.

there is shirt loads of room under the floor for a water tank or two, was thinking 2x 40L now thinking 2x 60L
was gonna put the spare on the front of the draw bar in front of a big alloy storage box i want to fit, but i reckon i might put it under the tub also.

as it sits there is 5kg of weight on the towball, and its very well ballanced empty.

next is to fit out the lights and sort the ''other'' bolt ons.

    cheers phil

Have you weigh it yet Phil and have you got the ball weight as it is now to give you an idea of how your going to distribute the weight of the add ons (ie) kitchen, storage box, spare wheel(s) jerry/gas bottle holders.

Looking good too Phil, should look very nice once finished sitting behind the 90.

    Baz.
    Cheers Baz.
