Andy, that looks like a 1/4" shank 1/2" x 1" single cut burr. I can do these in tungsten carbide for about $35. I can do a set of 10 in double cut but Chinese for about $140.

    Hi d3funct

Still waiting on sheetmetal, dropped it of friday to be bent.
Need to find a second D2 factory wheel carrier to make 2 spare carriers.Got one on the way, works out much easier than building two.
I have bought the paint and a new upside down spraygun, need to buy the LED tail lights.
I was hoping to finish intime for a xmas camping trip, but wont as Im not prepared to rush it.When it comes down to building things in the shed its a hobby to me,and like an artist I need the inspiration. If the creative urge isnt there I give it a miss, that way I only produce my best and enjoy it the most.
Got around 3 weeks off over xmas, intend finishing it then.

    Hi Guys
    Long time no update.
Didnt finish by the xmas camping trip.Would have meant lots of long nites rushing the job.
Finally picked up the sheetmetal 2 weeks ago.My mate who does it was flat out over harvest, the joy of being the only boilermaker for miles around.Charged me a carton to bend it all up .
Today I did a few more things that need doing before the sheetmetal goes on.Fitted bars to the front so I can bolt on 2 original D2 wheel carriers.Made 2 battery cradles to mount truck batteries.Capped a few open tube ends.
No pics as its only minor jobs done that were fiddly/time consuming.
Enjoyed getting some more done despite it being way too hot to be melting metal!!!!!
I dont think I need to do too much more before I tackle the sheet metal, mainly tidying welds so the metal sits flat.
