Arden Hills is one of the properties in the Flinders Ranges that have opened up tracks to 4WDs.
The track is about 20km and takes about 4 to 6 hours depending on how often you stop to take photos.
The start and finish are at Warren Gorge, which is a great place to camp.
A gate key is available from the Austral Inn at Quorn for a fee of $35.
The scenery and the vegetation are more impressive and variable than the things you see from the normal public roads. Low range and good clearance are essential.
