The Russian Mi26 is the world's largets lift helicopter, capable of lifting up to 20t (temp & alt dependent). It is an amazing work-horse, and we have been supporting the Dutch, Australian, US, and UK militaries in Southern Afghanistan for the past 16 mths.
Heaviest lift we have made is a UK CH47 Chinook and 18t of HE ammo.
