No because I made some covers to go over the bolt heads and take up the space from the suspension lift.
OK ... recieived and installed the airbags but has anyone else been concerned about the bolt heads that sit directly underneath the bags?

This is a known issue, you need to make up a spacer to sit under the bag to protect from rubbing on bolt heads.
Thanks guys!
... I've cut some 2mm rubber to sit over the bolts. Will this do the job, or should I use something more substantial?
Thanks
Craig
I replaced the bolts with dome head cap screws...
There should have been some replacement bolts in the kit with thiner heads.
I used these with no rubber on the CSR this year with no problems.

Bad news Guys......we bought ours 19/08/09 and the left one has a leak around the outer side of the brass ring the air hose goes into...have e-mailed Truck springs 2 days ago as they have a 2 year warranty yet to hear back....hopefully they will replace it soon as we are going on hols with the camper and we don't like a leaning Defender

PS will find pics of what we made up for over over/under the springs

Relax.
I had a pair of Polyairs in my old RRC for 8 years sitting on the boltheads with no serious wear.
I have had my current Polyairs in about 5 years with about 20KK on dirt and no problems, although I have not looked at them recently. They still hold airand I would expect no serious wear based on my previous experience.
