    totally irrelevent but...

    My wife keeps telling me the story of when she was 5 years old she 'found' a halfpenny on the kitchen bench, walked a mile to the corner store and bought a bag of lollies, walked all the way home again and shared them with her older sister, Older sister got caught eating lollies and instantly dobbed on little sister. Little Sister upon being interrogated as to where you got the money, "an Old Swagman gave it to me" she got a hiding but never gave in.

    as a 5 year old it seemed like a flawless plan to blame an imaginary swaggie

    now anything goes amiss around here I blame it on the swaggie
