How long was that warranty? I put the rears in approx. 10,oooklms ago and one has done a seal

Hi Rovercare, i sent you a P.M. about contacting me R.E warranty on the shocks, but no reply. I am happy to discuss the problem with you and if necessary replace free of charge the problem shock. I do stand behind my products i sell. I prefer you to contact me directly than post on here without first letting me have the opportunity to give customer support.

Never recieved a PM, although likely would of been when my subscription here ran out, which left my PM box thingy as overfull

Not a bag out, I usually post all info as per factual

I shall contact you when I can have another look, as I'm working away from home, it had leaked a great deal of oil down the shock body, but has not appeared to of failed completely and dried last I checked,, maybe the seal has taken up, or it had overheated, when I have a chance I'll drop the shock and check it out, be sometime in the xmas period

Rovercare, thank you for your reply, i await your call over the christmas period as my phone is usually on.
I am always happy to look after my customers as best as possible.
This is the first time i have had a failure from the many shocks i have sold.

Needn't bother to call, I'll post here, I pulled the shock, stroked it numerous times and works aok, has done 2 trips since, I have no idea, maybe the seal took up?, very bizarre but its working admiraably now, I was sure I replied in this thread to let you know, my apologies
