    The Next Step....Orders

    Gday All,
Ok its getting close to order time, so here's the plan..
Orders Close 5PM SUN 6th DEC
When you place YOUR order can you please supply us NAME,ADDRESS and E-mail or FAX DETAILS, Also let me know if its aPerth order or Melb order.

Then WE will send you an Invoice with all our details and Bank details.
You can then do the payment from your end by COB TUES 8th Dec
Prawns will be dropped off to TOLL Darwin on THURS 10th Dec

IF PAYMENT IS NOT CONFIRMED BY COB WED 11 DEC YOU WILL MISS OUT

I have about 4000kgs worth of orders going out that week so im too busy to chase people..

We do it this way with all our other orders and this is the best way for both us and you, and things can be kept clear and traceable.

IF you have not been Invoiced by MON 7th.... PM me as I will have the computer with me on the boat.

You can place your order anytime between NOW and SUN 6TH...This can be done either by PM on here or let me know and I will forward our E-mail address

If you have any questions send me a PM,

    Thanks and Cheers Ean

    Isn't this great???
Now guys (and maybe gals), any thoughts on how we do the pick-ups?I'm 10 mins from Brooklyn, if I could borrow a chest freezer I'm happy to get the lot to my place, then have everyone come here and pick them up at their leisure. (I'll even throw in a free nanocom read/reset for any TD5's)
    Any thoughts?

    Gday All,
Just a suggestion, with the amount of 9kg ctns coming down, I think it will be better if you organise it the day you get them, It will need to be a big freezer to hold whats coming down.
The best option is for those that are close to meet there or nearby, and if some have to travel then maybe hold thiers till they arrive. The last thing you want to do is open each box to stack it in a chest freezer as each order is sorted and labeled and packed for each person. A standard tuckerbox freezer will be lucky to hold 4x9kg ctns.

Or maybe you get people to meet at your place but set it so that they are there when you get back from the cold store..

Just throwing my 2cents worth in..

I dont have my packing list in front of me its down on the boat as the order is going before 10am, but I have packed them so that there are no orders mixed in the same outer carton.I think from memory you have 4ctns, but 2 are 6kg, loanranger has 2@6kg Slugburner has 2@9kg..
There are more, but i,ve got that much stuff going tommorrow that I will have to check my book, but could be 12ctns coming your way..

I will post up tommorrow the numbers for each person, but on the back of the cartons I have numbered the order so so if you have 4 they will be numbered 1-4, 2-4 and so on..

I just think that you are creating a hassle for yourself by trying to hold everyones order, unless your chest freezer is a 900ltr one..Plus by leaving them the way I have packed them if there is any problems then its easy for me as I packed the order so it will be my mistake if I've cocked it up, but if the boxes are all opened then its easy to mix them up..

    Cheers Ean
