Must ask the same question. Unless they are PM'ing you I cant tell who they are. They should go along to the 101 club forum if they want to have a cry about originality. Nothing you've done that cant be easily returned to original. That's the approach I'm taking with mine.

Looks awful, send it down to me and I will paint it properly for you. Should only take me, say, 48 months give or take a decade..

Don't take silence to reflect dislike. I think it looks great.

Did the seat base fit? Although it does need to be reupholstered. I can likely spare one of the slit lamp reduced lighting hoods for you too.
