    Thanks Sleepy. Great feedback.

    I have been doing some research and I think a 101 is the go for what I would like to do with it.

    Not sure what the budget will be yet but I imagine the treasurer will limit me to one that needs some work. Once the finance has been approved i will start looking seriously.

    Where do they typically have rust problems?

    The budget has been set and reluctantly approved by treasury, the wanted add is in

    So if anyone is looking for a good home for a 101 let me know.
