That one looks a bit tired DLRM, Is that a reasonable price for an ambo in the UK?
I saw a lovely GS sell for presumably not much more than that..

It looks worse than it is in the earlier pictures.
Overall a solid bus which is reasonably well sorted. It had quite a bit of money spent on it to get it on the road, including a new clutch, edelbrock carb and a load of wiring redone.
I suspect if you wanted it then there would be room for negotiation on the price, or at least what you got in the package with it.
That's why I was speaking in past tense Mick
Nah, wouldn't fit under the carport roof. You obviously know the vehicle, which I guess is the "kicker" when importing one all the way down here. Often the pretty ones are not as good as they look.
Beside that would have to be the most fugly landrover on the road.
If I were to bring back a brit 101 it would be a nice radio body.

Maybe a Vampire?
Too rare - too expensive - obliged to restore and keep original so no fun.
Radio body is a better option.

Well, the two that are left are up for grabs.. The RAF hard top is unique for sure but very well built, and would make a camper with minimal work. The frame is all wooden and lends itself to being insulated then lined internally. The diesel is still there, as I settled on the V8. Two reasons, 1, getting it over the pits. 2. The Irish stuff! A given really when I'm Irish!!!
